Transfering from Half Marathon to Quarter Marathon or Quarter Marathon to Half Marathon
If you would like to transfer to the Quarter or Half Marathon you may do so for FREE before 4/30. Please email paula@runwithpaula with your registration information and we will make this change.
If you would like to transfer from one distance to another after 4/30/2013 the fee is $25 and can be done at packet pick up or the race. Those that do not officially transfer to another distance will not be scored, timed, or listed in the results. If you have not officially transfered you will not receive an award. If you transfer to a different distance your race number will change.
NOTE: Just a reminder, 5/6/2013 is the final day you can sell your race number to another person. As stated during the registration process we do not refund, defer or transfer your race number to another person, or another year. You can only do this through your active.com account thru today 5/6/2013. To do this you need to access your Hippie Chick confirmation email and click on TRANFER TO ANOTHER PERSON. You will be refunded all but the processing fee of $20 WHEN your friend registers and pays.
You may not transfer your race number to another person at packet pickup or at the race and you many not give your race number to another person and have them run or walk under your name or we could lose our insurance and permits. PLEASE do not ask to transfer your race number to another person, this has to be done by today and through active.com only. Thank you!
